Ion Systems, Berkeley, CA  1993

This project involved the total renovation, fire repair and seismic upgrade of a 13,500 square foot concrete tilt-up building.  A new second floor structure was added to the building for office use.

Carquinez Dental Group, Benicia, CA 1992, 2001

A mixed use building with residential apartments above a dental clinic in the historic downtown area of Benicia, California. A remodel and addition were completed in 2001.

Grant Avenue Renovation, San Francisco, CA  2003

This project involved the historic renovation and seismic upgrade of a registered downtown landmark building.  The first and second floors were rebuilt to accurately match the original architectural detailing of the storefront and original granite clad façade of this 1907 building.
