A two story office, showroom and distribution center for a cosmetics company. Designed to incorporate Feng Shui principles. Due to start construction in 2005.

This is a flexible multi-tenant building which shares a truck staging area with the surrounding development.

A multi-tenant three story concrete office/manufacturing campus consisting of four buildings totaling 215,000 square feet.

A remodel of an existing wood framed building with a new façade and accessibility upgrades.  Tenants include office space and retail sales.

 

A multi use development with retail, office and warehouse.  There are two buildings in this phase, one of 55,200 square feet and a single story building of 10,800 square feet.
